Where do you ships your products from?

All of our products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States, Europe, and China. Our company is located in Bellevue, WA & we manufacture all products within the United States. If you order more than one product at a time, please expect the items to be shipped separately, as different factories specialize in different products.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping origin of the product, and the delivery option chosen. Typically, however, products arrive between 5-10 days of ordering.

How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. During peak demand periods, it may take up to 5 business days for items to ship.
